Thank you so much for this amazing run down!

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone has experience with using Baselane for banking for their rental properties and thoughts on it.

I will be closing on my first rental property in about a week and would like any helpful input on apps such as TenantCloud, rented, turbotenant, etc.

Located in NE Ohio if that is a factor.

Hi there,

In the process of searching for our first rental property and saw a couple prospective properties yesterday.

Thoughts on making a currently single family rental into student housing..

Current tenants-month to month rent, been there 3-4 years

Home is in a prominent student housing neighborhood, would increase rent significantly

Would you chance loosing a paying tenant to try student housing?

No matter what the current only bathroom needs remodeled asap due to water damage starting.. thoughts on navigating that with a current tenant? Is it even possible?

Any thoughts or advice is greatly appreciated!

@Logan Laperriere I have just started looking into it but yes directly with the local VA services. It seems like it is ran similar to section 8 housing with vouchers and specific property requirements.

Unfortunately we won't be able to benefit from a house hack. Just started looking at multifamily properties in NE Ohio this past week in various markets. Toying around with the idea of veteran housing. Still getting information but seems similar concept to section 8 vouchers but for veterans.
