We are fairly new to this, we own 2 duplexes.  We are on our second realtor.  Our first one was due to the fact that we were also looking for a new home while jumping into investment property, but he was never pro-active, rarely got back to us the same day, etc.  So we looked for someone more familiar with investment properties.  It started out great and he was always very quick to get back to us.  But now it's taken a long time for a reply again on the most recent properties we've inquired about.  It feels like he judges our choices of what we are interested in seeing and then says he'll get back to us same day and doesn't.  We always send him properties we are interested in and he never finds anything for us.  Is this normal?  Are we expecting too much?  We are hoping to get our license this winter when our "day jobs" are slower.

I have to purchase a 15 flights for a family vacation where each family will be paying me back.  This feels like the perfect opportunity to get some serious travel bonuses.  Any tips? Cards? Airlines?  Flying from MSP -> MCO.  Thanks!
