Hi guys,
Does anybody consider Pittsburgh, PA for RE investment? I would like to invest there but population statistics doesn't look good. Pittsburgh MSA population decreased for 5.5% over 1990-2017. This fact scares me. There are small mobile home parks in Pittsburgh neighborhoods which give good return. Beaver county looks good in that case. Could you please let me know what do you think about that type of investment. Could anyone from Pittsburgh let me know if it is easy to sell real estate there?
Thank you very much for any info.

@Jeffrey H. Thank you very much for your reply. This information is very useful as there are no MHs titles. The seller told that MHs are still in the name of a previous owner because of the paperwork to change it over did not make sense it's cheap $100 a month.

Hi,
I am going to purchase Mobile Home Park in TX. I discussed the price with the seller. He would like to get an official offer. Could you please advise me an experienced lawyer who deals with MHP purchases? I would like he/she prepares an offer and closes the purchase. The closest to my MHP counties are Tarrant, Parker, Hood and Johnson.
Thank you for any recommendations.

Hi guys,
I’ve found an interesting residence close to Daisy Dr, Granbury, TX. There are some doubts about that neighborhood and the town as a whole. Areavibes.com says that Granbury, TX is a good town for living, but Granbury property crime index is higher than Texas and National ones. At the same time Granbury violent crime index is lower than Texas and National indexes. Local forums have very little information about crime. I need your help to make a decision if that neighborhood is worth investing in. Please let me know if it is.
Thank you.

Hi,
Does anybody live in Hedrick Acres, Tucson? Is it a safe neighborhood? I was looking closely at property on the Tyndall Ave , close to the E Hedrick Dr. The crime rate is high there, but my broker told that it’s a decent area. I am not from Tucson, that’s why I need your opinion of living in Hedrick Acres.
Any information that you Guy's can provide would be greatly appreciated and very helpful.
