Thanks! I bought 2 of the 3 with cash directly from the sellers. I used a traditional realtor for the third. I just told her my requirements and she found the house for me.

@David Bilandzija the residents simply reside in the property; however, I do have some who require care. Those residents have their own caregivers provided by a third party such as a home care company they hired on their own. I only provide the housing. Their monthly rent includes a bed in a shared or private room and utilities.
