@Randall Pfluger hey there! I did not end up getting my Texas license - I just went with Colorado as we had a change of plans and ended up buying a property in Colorado and plan to stay here for the next few years. I did find this article though:

https://theclose.com/real-esta...

Hope that helps! I believe there is some amount of time you need to be licensed in either state before you can be active in the new state but I could be wrong.

Hey!

I have a really cool opportunity to do an Airbnb arbitrage situation on my property in Englewood, Colorado. Basically, my friend wants to park her RV in my backyard and have me Airbnb it while she is out of the country - she’s only in the US for 4 months out of the year.

Anyone familiar with Airbnb in Englewood? Specifically a situation like this? Would it be considered an ADU? Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated!

Hey, Denver Investors!

Reaching out to see if anyone would be interested in an investor's road cycling meet-up? I LOVE my road bike (about 100 miles a week or more) and would love to meet other Denver investors who ride to network, grab a coffee, and chat all things real estate. I'm thinking we could meet at a coffee shop or end at one, ride anywhere between 20-30 miles (or more), and take some time at the end to connect and chat all thigns RE.

Comment below if you're interested!

Would be happy to connect any time!

Hey, Brittany!

Welcome to the BP community! Similar to you, my boyfriend and I discovered BP earlier this year and got going on real estate investing not long after. We purchased our first property and are currently house hacking it for now. Do you know where you'd like to focus your investment strategy?

Looking forward to hearing from you and would be happy to connect any time!

Hey @Julie Berks! Yes, there are additional licensing/insurance requirements - basically we just had to get a business license through the city and business insurance - that was it!
