Hello everyone!
I am currently purchasing a home that will work great as a Rent By the Room. 8 bed and 6 baths in the DFW area. My biggest road block right now is finding a PM company. The company I currently use for my other investment homes said they don't offer management for any co living... unless everyone in the home is on one lease. I am aware of companies like Pad Split, but would prefer to have a more traditional company overseeing the day to day since I am out of state the majority of the year. If anyone has a recommendation that they can pass along that would be amazing!
