Thanks Theron!!!

Is it very common to find deals in Louisville where the numbers work like Brandon Turner says they should? Also what zipcodes should I avoid in anyones opinion? Im very interested in buying another rental in the next year or so after I get my credit back up and will have to start out on the cheaper side. I see all these lower prices in Portland ar such, but Im wondering if it would be more of a hassle than it is worth???

Thanks in advance!!!

Sounds great Nate! Thanks for the introduction and the offer for help in the future. I am somewhat of a tradesman myself. I am a licensed HVAC journeyman and also have experience in electrical and plumbing. Im just not much of a carpenter, roofer or flooring guy. Lol

I have a a year or better before I will be in the position of buying another property but will definately keep you in mind. Thanks again bro!

My name is Justin and I am slowly trying to get back in the game. Im interested in rental real estate properties only at this time but I am just getting my ducks in a row after going through a divorce a year ago. I hope to meet some new people on here in the Louisville KY area eventually...
