What are some of the pros and cons of becoming a real estate agent before starting to invest?

I’m about to get register for a real estate school but I want to ensure that I’m not wasting my time.

@Curtis Rouse Jr multiple family unit and commercial is something that I’m interested in. I’m definitely looking for a mentor or someone to shadow because I did my first investment which I saw where I made numerous mistake.

Also where can I find out if these school are accredited.
