Post: Landlord input regarding current California eviction ban

as a rule I do do not invest in liberal states because they tend to not cash flow and are hostile towards landlords. In Oregon were I'm from it can cost up to $15k or more to evict if you have a professional renter which in this market will take your cash flow for years. you should look into buying out of state.

Hello I am thinking of buying a duplex in Iowa. I'm from the Oregon coast so I don't know about snow shoveling . In the snowy places is the landlord responsible for shoveling drive ways and side walks on single family or small multi family's.
