I have explored some hard money companies, however most that I see want you to fix and flip. I would like to hold these properties for cash flow. I don't have much money and credit is average.

I need of Private money to Purchase two homes for the price of one. One of the homes have been fully rehabbed the other needs a complete rehab inside. Can anybody help. I would like buy hold these properties.

Hello My name is Kevin and I am a new investor in North Carolina and new to BP, however I am not new to Real Estate as I was a mortgage broker for 12 years before the bottom fell out. Looking forward to learning a lot about wholesaling and fix and flips etc. from the BP forums. Thank You.
