Single-family residence other investment in Shawboro.
Purchase price: $500,000
Sale price: $1,500,000
Two properties were acquired next door to one another. Owner was willing to work with me, long story short, he got himself a reno loan, I jumped on title, refied him off the title; leaving me with all the extra equity.
