I used private money to do flips in 2017. I made interest only payments on this money. What IRS forms do I or my investor need to file?

We are working the area also. I would agree that it is really competitive. This is especially the case with pre-renovation. I am going to start marketing to see if I can get some deals. My wife is a realtor and has several investor clients. She can send you active listings and get access to listed properties.

I'm also looking for a new accountant that is REI friendly. I have few contacts on FB and LinkedIn so I'm going down the list. If I find one I'll let you know.
Thanks
Keith

We are Keith & Donna living in lovely OKC. We currently have 3 properties and have a goal of 10 in 2 years. Beyond BRRRR we are looking for flip deals ideally to generate cash for more BRRRR deals. I've (Keith) been binge-listening to podcasts while remodeling a condo we have and getting a lot of great tips and real facts about RE investing. I want to learn more about the money side of things so we can reach the 10 property goal without dumping all our cash into deals.
