Does anyone know of any banks/lenders in Baltimore or in any other part of Md that will do a delay refi with a property in an LLC and not in the name of a person? If so, could you please leave the name of that bank. Thanks

I've purchased a investment property in Baltimore with a tenant already in it (haven't closed on it yet). As I've been doing my research, I've seen that when purchasing a rental property in Baltimore the landlord needs to complete an annual registration of the home with the city and have a mandatory inspection of the home. I also saw something in regards to a lead inspection or certificate needed.

1. Can someone shed some light on what the landlord needs to do or have when purchasing a rental property with a tenant already in it, in regards to the city?

Thanks
