I am currently active duty in the military, approaching retirement.  I have been sitting on the side lines and consuming all the information I can grab through books, podcasts, and the like.  With my military retirement looming, I know I have a life change coming in the near future and think that I am in an optimal position to achieve financial freedom with my retirement coupled with investment real estate cash flowing properties.  I think that the BP community has great sources of knowledge that can help me achieve that goal.
