Why did you choose 15 year notes and not 20 or 30?

@Kyle J. Great point. At $850 in incremental cash flow, the pay back is just under 3 years. I could refi/cash out and go get another property. That is probably the best move. I have about $120k in equity which would give me about 50k+ in cash out funds. If I add that to what I was going to use to pay it down. I would have around 80k to play with.

I wish I would have done this earlier.

I also have the option to sell in May.

@Frank Y. We do have enough for the next down payment. I have a 4.5% note on it.

I owe 28k on my rental. If I paid it off, it would bring $800 in extra cash flow per month.

I want to purchase another property for vacation rental or another single family rental.

Advice? Payoff current, leverage it to buy another property?
