@Vaughn Smith agree! Sometime before people JV it's also to have an accountability system. Here's a sample agenda for a call with your accountability partner. Does anyone have any further suggestions?

Would highly recommend REIANYC. NYC doesn't stand for New York City but for Now You Can.
If you cannot attend the monthly meetings which are mainly in NYC there's an option to join virtually.
