I am still in the process of educating myself with learning how to flip houses here in central Ohio. I would greatly appreciate any help someone might be willing to share. I would really like to be able to shadow somebody throughout a flip so I can get a good idea as to what else I need to know. The last thing I want to do is something illegal and I really don't want to lose money. I am very self driven but I just want to learn as much as I possibly can. I don't need a mentor per say just someone to discuss things with.
