We are trying to do a cash out Refinance for our manufactured/mobile home in Texas. While I've found both Fannie Mae and Freddy mac programs that make this possible, I cannot find a lender that will do a cashout refinance loan. The home is currently FHA financed and located on acreage. It's worth about double of what's we owe. What's the deal with no one being able to do a cash out Refinance because its in Texas. Can anyone help us?
