Hi All,

Myself and a team or developers / agents are looking for land in Southern California, specifically the greater San Diego area to build self storage units.

We are looking for 2 options;

    • 1) land that is 4.5 - 6+ acres
      • We would look to do single story self storage buildings on a parcel of this size
    • 2) land that is 1.5 acres (no detention) - 3.5 acre site +/-
      • This would be a more 'pad ready' retail site that we would look to do a 3 story building, that has a 35,000 SF footprint.
  • Visibility: near or on major thorough fares with good visibility and accessibility
  • Utilities to the site. Our projects require minimal loads. 3/4" water tap. sewer tap, power, etc.
  • Demographics:
    • 50K -70K+ for a 3 mile radius population
    • 150K+ for a 5 mile radius population
    • Generally, we like to be in growing areas, additional rooftops coming in, other development/retail centers, etc.
    • Willing to re-zone as necessary

If anyone has ANYTHING that they think will work please don't hesitate to reach out!

Sincerely,

Kelley
