I recently purchased five Lots in California City for me and my children hoping to build houses in the future. I’ve been told there’s no water lines or electricity. Has anyone been out there recently? Is there growth, water, electricity? I hope I didn’t make a bad decision.

Hi I just purchased some plots in California City to build homes on. I don’t know if I made a bad decision. I’m a single mom with adult children and wanted us to be close and build homes in the future. Or pass on to grand children. Any information or advise appreciated.
