I'm new to real estate investing and don't know who to trust or what to believe. I live in Oregon but would like to invest in rental property in markets like Phoenix, DFW and other states that are seeing high migration of people leaving the expensive coastal states. Interested in SFR and have an interest in learning about and using a self directed IRA to get started.
