in albany ny is there a law that says you need copper pipes in the house. Most vacant places for sale the pipes are gone.

@Steve B.  I have been searching in the saint rose district, along with central square and a few others. The taxes seem high. I started looking in troy, and drove by a few but the neighborhood didn't seem to be college students. I have the idea of renting to college students would be a great way to get in the door. But I have to find that hot spot. Still searching.

hi everyone.  I live in albany and currently preparing approved for fha loan. I would like to buy a 2- 4 unit property to get started. I'm open to suggestions and would like to meet some people and get all the info I can in investing.
