Hello, has anyone ever used the website myhousedeals.com to find properties? If so, do you find that the number in the listing are pretty accurate? (they often post Est. ARV and Est. Repairs, with a profit potential #) thanks!

Hello, everyone,

My name is Kelly and I am new to BiggerPockets. I live in a small town in Shenandoah County, Virginia. I am very interested in getting started in Real Estate Investing, but as I'm sure you all understand, I am very nervous and I just don't know where to start! I am interested in the wholesale process, as well as the flipping, but do not have alot of money. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions/recommendations on how to use hard money lenders and how they find good deals in their specific areas?
