Post: Are there any bank employed RE appraisers here on BP‘s?

I’m wondering if there are any bank real estate appraisers here in the group?

I would like to ask an appraiser a question about a potential multi family investment property.

So if the property is in need of say $150k in renos, has 4 units with the potential for 6 by adding 2 bachelors and the total cost to purchase and renovate being $350k. The property is located in a small border town an hour away from a large metropolitan area. The property would be fully renovated and fully rented before approaching a bank for refinancing.

What would you say the property would be appraised at?

I know there’s a whole lot more to consider in order to get an accurate answer here, but any help with this question would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Hey @Antoine Martel thanks for that. I'll definitely check it out. Have you ever heard of REI.Soulutions before? It looks as though the platform has been around for few years because their YouTube dates are from the 2015/16 time frame. I figured people here on BP's would know something about it for sure, but no ones replied having experienced their platform. Thanks though I'll have a look at your suggested platform this evening.

Happy Investing!

So I'm looking into purchasing CRM software to keep my business organized and from what I've looked at on YouTube demos REI.Solutions seems to have the best platform and my question to BiggerPockets members is has or is anyone using the REI.Solutions platform and what are your thoughts on it? I tried contacting the company through their website but it didn't work so I'm very leery on giving them my CC info as it may be a scam. I'd like some hard reviews from people here on BP's before I make up my mind.

Thanks everyone!
