I just got introduced to BP at an investor Meetup in Dallas last week. It has been truly amazing to see all of the information that is available here on this site and how freely people interact. My family has done some kind of real estate investing for the last 30 years, but on a very small scale.  I moved to Dallas to explode my business and I think that this site will be an integral part of that growth.

Chad have you ever considered becoming your own bank and never having to worry about this issue again?  Not having financing in place at all or having financing that costs you too much can and will kill your deals.  Being able to access your own funds allows you to move quickly and maximize your returns on each deal.  I can help you never need outside financing again in 18 months or less.
