@Daniella Taylor My LL is not participating. Im supposed to be getting paid directly by check. Hopefully your LL receives the money soon. Thats the verification process.

All of payments are processed and my status shows for Batched as well. So How long has your application been in the batched status?

@Arica Rogers Hey I heard there's a Chase bank located in the metro area. Its going to be hard trying to cash any check over 5k probably. You might have to open a bank account and let it sit

@Camille Jannice Hey, any updates from you if you dont mind? Did you ever receive your utility payments? 

@Calli Owens Have your utilities been paid as well? 

For anyone whose already been approved and received payment for future months, it a second check to wait on or do they send it in one lump sum for rent?
