Thanks for the comment. How do you think real estate will look in the next 6-12 months? How will agents, such as yourself, adapt/adjust in the next 6-12 months?

Thank you for the response. That sounds fortunate that rental properties are still managing during CV. Do you think this will change in the next 12-24 months?

This is a reflection of how strong the DFW area is as a whole
Thanks for responding. I heard the Dallas market is very resilient, that's very interesting. How do you think the Dallas market will adapt and/or look in the next 12-24 months? Do you think you will be adjusting in the upcoming 12-24 months?

Id expect that number to decrease steadily during the next 24 months.
@Russell Brazil Thank you for your insight. I definitely see agents decreasing in the next few months. Since the market will hit bottom in the next 12-24 months, what would you recommend agents do to become successful and what piece of advice would you give?

Hello BP. As you know Covid-19 has been affecting everything around us and has been changing our world. Things are just very uncertain and unusual during these time's. I am planning on becoming a real estate agent in Houston (TX) to fund future investments and branch out to my passions. Due to this, I would like your opinions on how this is affecting real estate agents and investors, and will it have a permanent affect in these careers. How are agents/investors adapting? Are they having difficulties to produce sufficient income and/or cashflow? What are your thoughts? If you have any advice I would be glad to hear it. Thanks BP! and be safe.

Hello BiggerPockets people! My name is Kenneth Diaz (18) and I am from the amazing city of Houston (TX). I love real estate and learning as much as I can about it whether it be through books, podcasts, and videos. I plan on obtaining my real estate license and using the money I make as an agent into investments like long-term rental properties and househacking. I have not yet started, but I am constantly educating myself about real estate. If anybody has any advice to share I would love to hear it.
