I'm currently a full time electrical engineer looking for ways to reduce college debt. I have sent you all request.

Any beginner investment tips would be greatly appreciated! It doesn't have to be solely about surplus funds, I want to learn as much as I can about the Real Estate Investment world. Any updates on best market strategies? My wife and I recently relocated to Rock Hill, SC. Being so close to NC I can see trying both markets to see which performs better. I’m completely new to real estate wholesaling/investing and I've been spending hours learning as much but as I can before I dive in head first. I currently work as an electrical engineer for the pulp and paper industry, it’s been a rewarding 6 year career but I’m craving self sufficiency for myself and family. I’m 31 years old and my entrepreneur drive has increased tremendously
