I just read your post.....very informative. Im here outside of Chicago looking to take our business into a few (1 to start) vaca rentals. I personally use them all the time. Any update your willing to share from your April 2014 post would be helpful??

You comment about NOT using PM companies really has me thinking. Thanks.

Can I ask how many weeks or even nights per year on average you keep your vaca rentals occupied? I am an experienced flipper but looking/interested in vaca. rentals here in certain parts of Illinois (resorts, lake areas, etc.) Any input/feedback is appreciated.
