Thanks @Ray Harrell!

Thanks so much @John Underwood!!

Hey Everyone!!  Does anyone have sample section 8 leases for single family homes?  I am trying to make sure my lease as Fort Knox secure.  If you have lease specific to Texas, that would be even better.  I will appreciate any assistance!

Hello All,

I am looking to put in offers for properties in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  I live in Texas, but I am looking for multiunit properties and I found some in Milwaukee that I am interested in.  Please post if you or someone you know is a great resource for that market.  Thanks!

Thanks so much!!

Hey Everyone!  I recently purchased my first home for a house-hack strategy in Fort Worth, Texas.  I moved out of an apartment and I need to either reassign my lease or pay the breaking the lease fee which is expensive.  Does anyone have any tips or tricks to help me find a possible tenant to reassign my lease?  Any suggestions above and beyond Craigslist would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks everyone for the advice.  The property I was looking into already has 4 tenants and it is an 8 flat. There are a lot of properties in Chicago and I am looking to maximize my investment.  I just want to explore all of my options.  Someone just bought a 4 flat around the corner from the property I'm interested in, so I thought I might be able to do fine with the 8 flat even though it's in a rough neighborhood.

My name is Kendra and I am interested in buying a property in West Englewood neighborhood in Chicago IL. I am located in Dallas, TX. The property is affordable and I can fix it up to add equity and increase revenue. I am nervous, mainly because this is new to me, but I am confident that I can do this. Can anyone share advice on managing properties in a not so nice neighborhood? Whether or not I should jump into an apartment building that needs to be rehabbed on my first deal, even though it is income producing? Any advice about rehab funds in Chicago or folks I should reach out to in order to successfully make this happen? Any information, contacts, and advice is greatly appreciated.
