I got an ad for https://motivated-leads.com/?u... and they say they are featured on Bigger Pockets, but I can't seem to find them. Has anyone used them for lead gen?

Quote from @Duane Alexander:

I really like batchdialer, but I use reireply for texts. Their follow up systems, triggers, etc is awesome. I've made so much money off of reireply it's insane. I wouldn't call batchleads a crm. You prob want to look at podio, resimpli, freedomsoft, etc for that. You're also probably paying way too much for your VA's if you're using startvirtual. No shade to them, I really like their course on training, hiring, and building a great company culture based on VA's. You'll probably be better off just buying that course and hiring your own va's directly or through a cheaper VA managing service. For example I only Pay 6 bucks an hour for my va managing/training service. These guys that are charging 10-16 bucks an hour for VA's are caking it up!

I keep hearing about VA's but I've got no idea where to even start! Who are you getting for $6/hour?? Do you mind helping me out?

@Tim Giberson thank you for the advice! I've been using Facebook but I hadn't thought of Craigslist. I will definitely post them there. I really appreciate it

I've made a couple real estate listings on this site, and I've not gotten any traction. I'm wondering if there is a way to boost them, or get them seen, that I am missing? I am brand new to this platform, and I may not be using it effectively? Any advice on how to make my listings seen by more buyers? I'm a wholesaler, and I've got 6 properties under contract at the moment, in AL, TN, and MS. Thanks!
