Hello All! I’m currently trying to find a way to get my second property and I’ve come to the conclusion I’d like to refi my first property and use it as the tool to get another going! However, it would be my first time refinancing. Do any of you guys have a bank that would possibly do a refi in 6months it ownership in Pennsylvania? Any advice and referrals would be greatly appreciated.

@Joe Villeneuve so let me get this right! You can negotiate a DP in a financing situation? I thought the percentage on DP was final?

@Kelly I. That’s the game plan to get out of the rat race and make enough to give my time to myself as much as I’d like! Good Luck!

@Joe Villeneuve I love that idea and I wish I applied this before I bought a hold property! I’ll get my funds back up and do some consistent flipping until I have enough to buy holds off mere flip profits! Thanks a bunch!

Hello all, I recently purchased my first investment property and I’m happy with it! Although, it took quite a bit of my reserves and I’m curious to hear some of you guys stories on how you rebuilt your capital in order to invest in your next property!
