Hello,

I just want to say hello and tell everyone a little about myself. I live in Jacksonville, Fl. I have been here for eight years. I found this site and was very interested in the information it provides. Other than purchasing the house I live in I have no real estate experience. I have always been interested in owning rentals but through the lack of funds I thought it was impossible. I work for a non-profit and while it is rewarding in so many ways unfortunately financially is not one of those ways. I am here to learn as much as possible. Build some great relationships. And hopefully begin the journey of real estate investing.
