Hello everyone! I’ve been following BiggerPockets for a few months now. I’m active in Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska. My bread & butter is single to multi-family property acquisitions. Any good deal in between is a plus.

Your opening is simple and I think may be effective. Just make sure to stay out of that sales person's pitch/tone (you don't want to sound like another sales guy doing marketing stuff) You may want to be the reluctant guy who is just calling them wondering if they would sell their property. (at least how I do it)
