@Jake Drappi

Hey Jake, I'm a realtor in Atlanta. Some realtors would go ahead and start sending you listings, hoping you will see them already working for you, and hope you will use them. They are likely trying to convert you from a lead to client. Interviewing is a must! I just saw a slide from a real estate coach saying there are 1.4 million licensed agents and only 3% of them had 25+ transactions last year. About half of them did not sell one home last year.

Some questions I would ask

1. How many homes have you sold in the last 6 months?

2. Where were the homes? (See if they are in a specific area or scattered)

3. Do you invest in real estate or do you only sell real estate?

I would say something by the Decatur Square would be cool. Public Transit takes you to/from the airport, downtown, Mercedes Benz Stadium, Coke Factory, GA Aquarium and a few other cool places. Decatur has a good nightlife and a lot of really good dining options. Buckhead might be another good place. A lot of high end shops, bars, dining, etc.

I actually live across the street from an Airbnb a bit further from the city. It's in a quiet area with not much around, however it stays full at $255/night and a 3 day minimum. The only thing they advertise is 30 minutes to Atlanta, 30 minutes to Stone mountain, and sleeps up to 16! (A bunch of twin beds and pull out couches)
