Hi y'all,

My name is Kenny and I am currently taking real estate principles and real estate practice. I thought this would be useful toward real estate investing. I am looking forward to everybody's help so I can become familiar with this new investing thing. Thanks!! :D

I am having difficulties coming to a decision whether to get a salesperson license or not. Currently I am working toward a teaching credential and don't feel ready to enter the real estate world yet. I'm afraid if I pass the R/E exam, brokers will start calling me to work for them. All I want to do aside from teaching is invest in real estate, is it neccesary to get a license for do that? Also, can I just hold on to a license for the heck of it without working for a broker? Please give me some suggestions. Thanks!
