@ Walner Agenor it did not work out. The initial contract was being assigned to me by another investor. I found a buyer and everything seemed to be going well even the buyer knowing the contract was assigned to me by another investor, but then the initial investor started changing things at the last minute and the buyer did not trust him and decided to back out. The good thing is the buyer is still interested in working with me.
