another thing.....hop on zillow and find old listings that are still for sale.....try to find the owner and send a yellow letter....

You can buy a list from list source....drive for dollars.....i hand write my letters as well...for now....

I agree with Shawn....my assessors site and I are BFFs......and i skip trace sites a lot....

FB groups like wholesaling elite are great for assisting you and finding peers who are in the same boat......get as much info on your market as possible.....stay consistent....

yea i definitely wouldnt get any leads from Craigslist
