I'm just starting researching and trying to gather as much information as I can before I get into the real estate investing game. The closest REIA to me is in Dallas. Does anyone know of any REIA groups in the Midland, TX area? Does the Dallas group have investors/members from this area that are focused on West Texas? I know there are virtual meetings that I can participate in but I would like to shake some hands and help foster relationships as this line of business is new to me.
