It all depends on what your goals are as a investor. I always recommend that newbies start off as bird dogs to learn while you earn then move to wholesaling to pay the bills from there to rehabbing to make money and from rehabbing to buy and hold to create long term wealth. You can go straight into rehabbing and buy and hold but as a new investor I would make sure that I parternered with someone who is successful in the business.
