@Shirley Rozenshteyn OMG. Is it better in Bristol, Meridan, etc?

Can anyone shed more light on investing in the Bristol, Hartford, Meriden, etc. areas? Pros and Cons?

I am now starting out investing in the Albany, NY and upstate area. Would it make sense to stay and invest in this area and surrounding areas, or to expand to the Tri-state area and Pennsylvania? Pros and Cons?

Does anyone have experience with the Albany/Schnectady/Troy Area? When you buy cheaper properties that need renovations, does your property taxes increase after renovations?

Good morning all. I am planning on buying a mixed-use property in Albany. Commercial property on first floor with two residential units above. Any idea on how much a yearly policy may cost? Estimates
