New to this.  I have a copy of estimated settlement costs.  When should I get the final copy, at settlement?

What legal documents do I have to sign at settlement?  So far all I have is an estimated settlement cost paper.  Settlement date is close.

Thanks

In selling a property, does seller have to state their home address or is a Post Office box address accepted?  In this case buyer was asked for a home address and submitted it; seller has only stated a PO Box.  This is Pennsylvania.

Thanks.  So even if only one spouse is buying in one name only, marital status is required?  Must both attend the settlement?

In Penna. can a title company require marital status info when it's a cash purchase by one person?
