Actually, I don't have any Real Estate business as of yet to promote.  Got to read up a bunch and learn at least the basics and begin going into the finer points before diving in.  I've been living as a missionary in a third world country for years.  At this point, I might not recognize a good real estate deal if it came and knocked on my front door.  A bit exaggerated, I know, but what's even more realistic is that I would make any and possibly all of the common mistakes that newbie's often make.  So, after reading those 2 books, plus the articles relating to wholesaling and several podcasts, I'll be ready to start in.  I loved the podcast with @Jerry Puckett... just that podcast alone is almost enough to get a guy started in wholesaling.

Hello everyone!  What an amazing community you all have here!  I'm just getting introduced to this industry, but loving the concept.  The opportunity to succeed in this business appears to very real for someone who is willing to put in the work.  

I'm just returning to the USA as I have been living with my family in Italy and Argentina the last 10 years.  We have been self-supported missionaries, but are now changing plans.  Along the way, I developed professional skills in the area of multimedia, specifically video production, photography and web design... so don't worry, I won't quit my day job!

I am interested in becoming a wholesaler, and am looking forward to learning from you all.  I know where to start... downloading the free e-books!
