Doing some initial research in my local market, there appears be to an opportunity to develop/build unique (tiny home, A-frame, container) short term rentals in North Georgia market.

Would anyone know a good way to locate or know a land agent? Same question, goes for lenders?

Thanks in advance to anyone willing to offer their time and knowledge!

The contract for 502 Langford Dr, Norcross, GA 30071 is an incredible opportunity for you to make solid returns with a fix and flip property. This home is situated one mile for Historic Downtown Norcross! The Historic Downtown features great dining, shopping and parks. The downtown also hosts a lot of great community events throughout the year. Great spot for a young family looking for a great community.

The property is a single story home with partially finished basement. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, breakfast area and living room. The basement has its own entrance from the back of the house as well as stairs leading to it from inside the house.

The Seller still occupies the the home, so showings must be coordinated ahead of time and are limited. This deal won't last long!

Post: Why is does wholesaling have a negative stigma?

Hey Bigger Pockets Community,

I'm new to the Bigger Pockets community and to real estate investing overall. From what I've seen on the website, there seems to be a negative stigma surrounding wholesaling properties. My partner and I are wanting to start our real estate venture on the right foot, so why is wholesaling frowned upon in the community?

Thanks,

Kevin
