I am not a wholesaler but I do come across some deals through some of my network in Tampa and Orlando.  I have flipped hundreds of properties now.  I am an investor, lender, broker, and GC.  I also hold a portfolio of rental properties. I am trying to build up my network on Bigger Pockets.

Hey Kevin

I think now is a good time to buy something.  Maybe get a home that needs a little work and fix it up and also enjoy some appreciation during the time you live in it.  The rental market in Tampa is very strong.  You should also consider the advantages of the tax write off of owning your own home.  You get to write off your interest but later when you turn it into a rental, you can depreciate it and save even more on your taxes.
