Thanks, Ned, Travis and Seth. I have been rehabbing since 2004 on a part time basis and I have also sold a few rehabs for other investors. So I am familiar with some areas in Baltimore. It is as Seth brought out, "prepare to do some hard work". It seems that the properties are selling higher on the purchase end and selling lower on the retail end. That is why, I wish more on this sight would talk about their experiences in the baltimore area.

Travis could you send me your contact info so I can talk with you about cost in rehabbing.

I see a lot of post of buying and selling around the country and many of the purchase prices and rehab cost seem reasonable. However, i would like to hear more from those who are rehabbing in Baltimore, Md. Not many post from that area. Is it because purchase and rehab cost make it not a good place to retail properties?
