I saw some new construction duplex multi family listed last night on the MLS. I think the addresses were 4050 and 4070 grant road 32207

my name is Kevin Martin sr. I am a licensed Florida real estate broker, general contractor, roofing contractor and solar contractor. I buy, build and market my own properties in Jacksonville Florida. on the low end $20k a unit but could be as much as $40k. Many variables not enough information
