Just out of curiosity, what is your cash flow for this property?

I am a newbie, but I would agree with the secured payment and rate with the shorter loan term as both initial monthly payment amounts are fairly similar. Just seems like it makes more sense to me.

@David Zheng What is your average rent for this demographic? Also, do you have to strictly monitor the number of tenants residing in your properties due to the stereotype of the crowded college houses?
