Hi everyone, I'm excited to join the BP community! A friend of mine had great things to say about this site, so here I am. My name is Kevin Palmer. I'm originally from the DFW area and relocated to Houston about a year ago with my job in medical device sales. I've always been interested in REI but have yet to take the leap. I'm interested in buy-and-hold investments. Short-term/long-term goals of purchasing my first investment property by the end of 2015 and acquiring 10 cash flowing properties within the next 5 years.
