Hello everyone-I was told Freedom mortgage was a great option for refinancing with solid rates and customer service. However, I haven't been able to reach them for the past couple of weeks via phone and haven't received a call back after filling out their form on their site. My assumption is it is due to COVID. Anyone have any recommendations on lenders?
Thank you!

I'll be moving to LA later this year and wanted to make connections with people that work with off market deals (wholesale, foreclosure, etc) for 3-4 unit multifamily properties.
While I'll be going the traditional route of using a real estate agent for MLS listings and foreclosures, I want to look at all options.
Could anyone provide some direction?

-Requires cosmetic or essentially no repairs
-Rental investment property...value in the numbers
-Duplex preferred but will consider SFR
-Max 350k

Hey all, quick question. In Chicago, who is liable for damage when the fire department comes to the unit and kicks in the door for a wellness check due to a false alarm and no one is home to answer the door?
Thanks

I have multiple properties and would like to separate assets. I didn't know I could set it up myself though.
